Upon arrival:

If you have any flu like symptoms, or were previously sick within the last week please reach out to reschedule. If you are presenting any symptoms you may be asked to wear a mask or leave.

 

Deposits:

Your deposit protects my time, serves as a drawing fee, and an appointment holder. The deposit will be taken off the final cost of the tattoo.

 

Ways your deposit could be void:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up

• Rescheduling less than 48 hours of your appointment time 

• Changes to the design that were not listed in your request form or discussed prior to the appointment that require a full redraw

• Not following proper hygiene requirements (listed below)

 

No call no show will result in being charged for half the price of the appointment.

 

Hygiene requirements:

Please be sure you are freshly showered, and do not apply any lotions, creams, fake tan, oils or perfumes to the tattoo area. No alcohol for 24 hours before your appt.

Be sure your tattoo site has none of the following: cuts, scrapes, scratches, scabs, bruising, pimples, blemishes, razor burn, bug bites, sunburn, fake tanner or scars under 2 years old.

If you have any medical conditions like diabetes, epilepsy, blood thinner medications, or anything that a tattoo could potentially affect or worsen please retrieve a doctor's note before your appointment. I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or under 18.

 

Guests:

 Guests must be over 18, anyone under 18 will be asked to leave. You are allowed one guest, but they will be asked to leave if they are in any way disruptive.

 

Design:

Custom designs will be shown at the time of your appointment. Changes can be made to the design, but a complete design change will result in a reschedule and void deposit. 

 

Touch ups:

For all tattoos your first touch up is always free. Any further touch ups will need to be scheduled at a fixed rate discussed with your artist.

 

Aftercare:

At the end of every appointment I will inform you about proper aftercare. If you have any concerns that your tattoo may be infected or having an allergic reaction please contact a medical professional immediately.
